1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from S&N Forever Made LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services.

2. Products & Services

We provide, but are not limited to:

• DTF transfers

• Custom apparel and printing

• Blank apparel and accessories (t-shirts, hoodies, totes, etc.)

All products are intended for lawful use only.

3. Custom Orders

• All custom orders are final and non-refundable.

• Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

• Customers are responsible for approving all designs, sizes, colors, and spelling before production.

4. DTF Transfers

• DTF transfers are sold as-is.

• Proper application (heat, pressure, and care) is the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper pressing, washing, or handling.

5. Returns & Refunds

• No refunds or returns on custom or DTF products.

• Blank items may be eligible for return only if defective and reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.

6. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully. S&N Forever Made is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizes, colors, or quantities selected by the customer

• Errors in artwork submitted by the customer

7. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume.

• Rush orders may incur additional fees.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all artwork submitted.

S&N Forever Made is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

S&N Forever Made LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
